1. Who we are
2030 Studio (2030Studio Inc.) is a company organized under the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, with a registered office at 8400 W Sunset Rd, Suite 300, Las Vegas, NV 89113. 2. Information we collect
Information you provide
When you use our contact form or email us, we collect the information you choose to share — typically your name, email address, company name, and the content of your message.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our analytics providers automatically collect certain technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, and the dates/times of access. Some of this is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 4).
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, and we ask that you not submit it through the Site.
3. How we use information
- To respond to your inquiries and communicate with you (including scheduling meetings you request);
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site;
- To understand how visitors use the Site through aggregated analytics;
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms;
- With your consent, for any other purpose disclosed at the time of collection.
4. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site and to measure traffic. Strictly necessary cookies are required for the Site to function. Analytics cookies are only set after you provide consent through our cookie banner.
We use Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google LLC, to understand aggregate Site usage. Google Analytics may set cookies and process information such as your IP address (typically truncated/anonymized) and usage events. Information collected is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics across websites using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or withdraw consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in our footer.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share information with:
- Service providers who process data on our behalf (e.g., hosting, analytics, scheduling, and email providers), under contracts that limit their use of the information;
- Legal and safety recipients when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, users, or the public;
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
6. Your privacy rights
Nevada residents
Under Nevada law (Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A), Nevada consumers have the right to submit a verified request directing a business not to make any “sale” of certain covered personal information it has collected or will collect. 2030 Studio does not sell covered information as defined by that law; however, you may submit a request or ask questions by emailing contact@2030studio.ai with the subject line “Nevada Privacy Request.”
California residents
If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA may give you the right to know what personal information we collect, to request access or deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of “sales” or “sharing” of personal information, without discriminatory treatment. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@2030studio.ai.
EU / EEA / UK visitors
If you access the Site from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may have rights under the GDPR/UK GDPR, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Where we rely on consent (e.g., for analytics cookies), you may withdraw it at any time.
We will respond to verifiable requests as required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
7. Data retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements, after which we delete or de-identify it.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International data transfers
We are based in the United States and process information there. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where data-protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
10. Children’s privacy
The Site is intended for a business and professional audience and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
